Memorial Handbells welcomes ringers of all ages and stages of musical ability. Practices begin in September and run through May. Rehearsals are scheduled each Wednesday evening from 6 to 7 p.m. with some exceptions. The bell choir has been ringing for over 25 years. Music is provided for worship services once a month. As the church prepares for Christmas, several selections are shared in the Evening of Christmas Music. Other performances through the years have included funerals, weddings and special programs for community groups. The Memorial Handbell Choir is directed by Rebecca Lock, 217-899-5859.
